Select the items you would like to buy and click ‘add to shopping basket’. The number of items in your shopping basket is displayed at the top right of every page. Click on shopping basket to review the items. Note: We provide complimentary handling & shipping for all orders within the UK, including Northern Ireland. Once you are happy with the content of your shopping basket, click on 'Checkout'.

  • For Limited Edition Prints you must first select the print size option.

‌Once within the checkout area, you will see the order total including delivery charge for those living outside the UK and North Ireland.
You will be asked to enter your name address, phone number and email address, Clicking ‘make payment’ will direct you to a variety of payment options to make your purchase.

Please note, we do not accept cash or cheques by post.

We will send you a confirmation via email and also inform you when your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure you check all your details on placing your order with us to make sure all the information is correct, as Curiosity Snug® cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information once your order has been confirmed.

OUR PRODUCTS:

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS & COMMISSIONS:

‌Our Limited Edition Art Prints are produced using the finest quality papers, canvases, and inks. They should be treated with care when handling to avoid any marks, scuffing or creases. Do not hang Limited Edition Prints & Commission pieces in direct sunlight.

We have used high-resolution images throughout the site to provide you with the best likeness possible. However, due to variations in monitor resolution, products received may differ in colour slightly from the images seen through your monitor.

If on the rare occasion the product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email or phone within 48 working hours of you placing it. We will either inform you of the in stock date, offer you an alternative or refund your purchase in full.

We responsibly reserve the right, not to supply personalised items with language deemed offensive to a minor e.g. swear words.

CURIOSITY SNUG® T-SHIRTS & MUGS:

Quality Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the t-shirts & mugs you order from our third party supplier. If you are not satisfied with the quality of these products, please contact us at info@curiositysnug.com within 30 days of receiving the item and will get in touch with our supplier and find a solution.

If our supplier’s quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible. We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure our customers are happy with their orders.

If a replacement order is not feasible, or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.

Defective or Damaged Products : If you receive defective or damaged orders that were not caused by you, we will cover the costs of a new order, based on photographic evidence.

Return Policy: We currently do not support returns because the products are manufactured specifically to each order.

T-shirts and sizing issues: To avoid any sizing problems, we advise you refer to the detailed sizing chart, which can be found at the bottom of the t-shirt product page.

Lost Orders: For packages lost in transit, please  get in touch with us at info@curiositysnug.com  within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order if you meet the criteria for lost orders.

Criteria for Lost Orders: Before contacting us about a lost order, please confirm the following:

  • The shipping address provided is correct and complete.
  • You have contacted your local post office or the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the order.
  • The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • Several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date (remember, the lost order claim must be submitted within 30 days of this date).

SOFA SCULPTURE®:

​Our Sofa Sculptures are printed on to 100% Silk materials and are drawn by hand or utilising traditional methods. Irregularities in materials, fabrics or prints are characteristic of the manufacturing process on to the silk and are an integral part of the design. As such, there may be slight markings or variations in appearance (including in colour or finishing), which are technically unavoidable and/or intentional. Our pieces may be shipped to you with care instructions, it is important you follow these instructions for the maintenance of your product. We do not offer refunds, replacement or free repair for goods that you damage by misuse, including by failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
