Free UK Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary handling and shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. No minimum order value applies.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Please note that orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Many of our products — including t-shirts, mugs, and made-to-order items — are produced on demand. Please allow additional time for production before dispatch. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

  • UK orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 working days from dispatch.
  • International orders: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 working days from dispatch.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will include tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first before contacting us.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@curiositysnug.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our full lost order criteria.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. Curiosity Snug® cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided.
